Your family’s photos are private. Here is what we keep and why.

What we keep

• Your email address, to sign you in and to tell you when your photo is ready and when an order ships.
• The two photos you send, the names and years you type, and the photographs made from them, kept private to your account.
• For a framed print or ornament, the name and address it is mailed to.

Who sees them

• Google’s Gemini makes the photograph from your two photos. They are sent to it only to make yours.
• Our print partner, Dreamship, gets the photograph and the address of the order it prints.
• Stripe takes the payment.
• Whoever you send the photo’s own link to can see the photograph you bought. Nobody else can.

We never sell or share your photos for anything else, and never use them to train anything.

Deleting

Write to us and we delete your photos, photographs and account.
